Prank Phone Calls Traced to ChimpanzeeSTIRLING, SCOTLAND — A series of nuisance phone calls to the staff of Blair Drummond Safari Park in the wee hours of the night were made by a chimpanzee, park employees say. Eleven-year-old Chippy stole a keeper's cell phone and hid it in his cage, waiting until after dark to ring up various numbers stored in its memory.
